Ash & Ember Wood Fired Pizza is a mobile pizza kitchen based out of Trenton, Florida. We recently met them at one of our local brewery’s Halpatter Brewing Company. These guys are hard core about sourdough!

They make some of the best wood fired pizza, sourdough bread, and sourdough cookies you will ever eat. I know what your thinking sourdough cookie? Trust me I did to until I tasted these little pieces of heaven.

Lane Harris and his family are passionate about food. They grow many of the ingredients they cook with on their farm. They love the idea of farm to table and are living that dream through their mobile pizza kitchen. Be on the look out for them at the next event you go to and make sure you buy a cookie!
